Gold Standard Partners have demonstrated the REO 4C’s in all ways by achieving:

1) Commitment – 100% attendance for a minimum of 3 quarters of the year; minimum 4 REO level referrals; sponsoring minimum of 3 members into REO

2) Connection – minimum of 10 partner meetings; has (or presently) served on REO team’s board; attended minimum of 85% of outside team events

3) Character – holds a consistently positive reputation within the team and community; on time to team functions; positive team attitude, supporting REO Core Values; Consistently receive positive testimonials from team members.

4) Caliber – provided a minimum of 3 quarters of referral tracks p/year; have provided team partners with minimum 75% REO level connections rather than lower level referrals; attends REO trainings regularly.
